Half Cut Market is a restaurant, wine bar, bottle shop and deli which was named one of the 45 best wine bars in the UK by The Times. Chef Jack Newton is in charge of the kitchen with sommelier Holly Willcocks responsible for curating an ever-changing list of mostly natural wines.
