Since being founded in 1993, TACT have been committed to enhancing the lives of children, young people, and care-experienced adults for over 30 years. While some Independent Fostering Agencies (IFAs) run as commercial organisations, with the aim of making profit, TACT are driven purely by achieving great outcomes for the children and young people.
